A new field type is now available within the KPA EHS Form Editor called Group Signature.
The Group Signature field will enable multiple signatures to be captured for group participation activities such as Toolbox Talks, JHA Reviews, Group Training, etc.
To add a Group Signature field within a form you will do the following.
- Go to the Forms page
- Search for the form that you would like to add a Group Signature to and click Edit
- Add a new field
- Select Group Signature
Once the Group Signature field has been added an employee filter will appear when completing a form allowing you to quickly search for a group of employees you’d like to record signatures for.
Each individual will be added to the Group Signature list along with a line item to capture signature as shown below.
