KPA Flex’s Contractor Management feature streamlines the process of managing contractors’ prequalification requirements. This video will walk you through the key functionalities and steps to utilize this feature effectively.
Contractor Dashboard
The Contractor Dashboard is the central hub where you can visualize and manage your contractors’ prequalification processes. Access this dashboard through the ‘Contractors’ tab within KPA Flex.
Adding Contractors and Requirements
Adding Contractors
- Start by adding contractors to visualize within the dashboard
- You can create requirements for contractors to execute upon
Creating Requirements
- Requirements can be in various formats, including custom forms, document uploads, training and policy signoffs
- Example: A custom form might ask contractors to detail their safety practices
Grouping Requirements
- Group requirements by location, project or other custom category
Compliance Scoring
- Decide if a requirement should be a part of the compliance scoring
- Scoring is based on the completeness of the requirements met by the contractor
Reviewing Requirements and Managing Contractors
Review submissions from contractors and manage their requirement approvals or denials. Contractors can request exceptions to requirements. Filter contractors by approval status or other criteria. Use the ‘Manage’ function to see detailed information for each contractor. Review and manage pending tasks, approve or reject requirements and handle exceptions.
