Integrating contractors into your KPA Flex dashboard is a crucial step in building their pre-qualification journey. There are two primary methods to do this: adding contractors from the existing network or creating brand-new entries.
Adding Contractors from the Network
This method is quick and efficient. Follow these steps to add contractors who are already part of the network:
- Navigate to the Contractors Tab: Start at the ‘Contractors’ tab in your KPA Flex account
- Click on ‘Add New Contractor’: Here you will see a couple of options including search
- Search for Your Contractor: Use the search box to find your specific contractor you need
- Confirm the Addition: Once you’ve found your contractor, click ‘Yes’ to confirm adding them to your dashboard
- Edit Contractor Information: Click ‘Edit Contractor’ to review and update the contact’s information
- Assign an Admin: In the ‘Admins’ section, select ‘This is my admin’ if you recognize the contact. If no contacts are recognized, click ‘Add Contact’ to include the correct person.
Adding Brand New Contractors
If the contractor you want to add isn’t already in the network, follow these steps:
- Go to the Contractors Tab: Begin by navigating to the ‘Contractors’ tab in KPA Flex
- Click on ‘Add New Contractor’: this will open options for adding new entries
- Create a New Contractor Profile: Select ‘Create New Contractor’ to start a new entry
- Enter Contact Information: Input all relevant contact details for the new contractor
