This functionality empowers third-party auditors or any external party to efficiently verify that field employees are current on their training directly on-site.
Clients can choose to opt in or out of this feature at their convenience, ensuring they maintain control over their data accessibility.
Key Benefits
- Quick verification: auditors can scan QR codes and instantly check training statuses without needing KPA system login credentials
- Flexibility for Clients: Clients have full control over activating or deactivating this feature at any time.
- Ease of Use: Existing QR codes will continue to function as before, but with added ability to be viewed publicly if the feature is enabled
Important Notes:
- The QR codes themselves remain the same, this update only affects the public accessibility of the profiles.
- This is all or nothing – once enabled, all profiles become publicly accessible, or none will
- When KPA Flex users scan an employee’s QR code, they will see the internal profile if logged in. External users will view the public version.
- For the public version of training history, what was previously listed as ‘other’ is now listed as ‘unassigned’
How to Use
-
If you have access, go to permissions and add the ‘Create Public Profile’
