Some of your customers (we call them the Hiring Client) have asked you (we call you the contractor) to use a platform called the KPA Flex Contractor Portal. This is where you will fulfill hiring client requirements, online safety training, and gain approval to work at their site. Read below to get started within the KPA Flex Contractor Portal.
What to expect and how to get started:
1. Get online. Go to: https://contractor.mykpa.com/account/SignIn.
2. Login using the credentials that were emailed to you. Look for the subject: Your company has added you to KPA Contractor Management Portal.
3. Review the tasks assigned to you or the team you manage. Click on the item to complete it or Request Exception if there’s a valid reason to bypass it.
4. Keep yourself or your team on track by completing tasks on time. This helps you meet hiring client expectations, stay safe at work, and get paid for the job you're contracted to do.
